- Every grill comes standard with double stacked cooking
racks to increase capacity over grills with single rack. The top rack is removable
when cooking for smaller crowds.
- Each grill is designed with a grease pan to funnel to a
drain, preventing the possibilities of grease fires. In addition, the drain has
a brass ball valve installed to allow you to fill the pan with water for streaming
and keeping the food warm.
- Every grill is equipped standard with a wood chip tray
for smoking food as it cooks.
- The hood has two gas lifts, for easy lifting.
- A 3" stainless steel thermometer is included in each
unit.
- The trailer has 12" tires and Easy Lube Hubs for easy
maintenance.
