We are a small but growing company located in Orangeburg, South Carolina, founded on the idea that cooking on a grill should be easy. With that goal in mind, I developed what we believe is the finest cooking grill ever made.

After years of seeing caterers and friends fighting their grills to maintain cooking temperature or keep wood and charcoal burning on rainy days, I designed a grill with them and you in mind. These grills will cook evenly on all sides and both racks at a constant temperature, regardless of the climate.

Each grill, hand built by myself and my staff, is carefully assembled for maximum performance. We use only 14 gauge cold rolled steel with a 1" frame to prevent metal distortion from heat. The expensive hot rolled steel gives us the absolute best paint job possible on the grill.

Every grill has many standard features, each particularly designed based on my experience. Each of our grills has two gas cylinder lifts for easy opening of the hood with no ugly counter weights. We add a grease tray to funnel all the grease to one location and prevent fires by keeping it away from the burners. In addition, a valve is installed at the end of the drain so that the pan my be filled with water for steaming and warming.

We combine the ease of gas grilling with a large wood chip tray in every grill to create BBQ even the most particular critic would think was cooked on oak or hickory for hours. We install a rotary igniter in every grill so that you never need a match. Every trailer is built in our shop with high quality parts, a one ton axle and 12" tires, a tongue jack and your choice of 1 7/8" or 2" tow ball. To ease the maintenance of greasing the bearings, each axle is equipped with buddy bearing grease fittings.

In addition to our many standard features and sizes, you may customize your own grill. For example, you may choose to add a storage cabinet or even a 1 -3 burner cooker to the front of the trailer.
